2010 CHRISTMAS OFFERING
Our Christmas Offering this year has been dedicated for the Gerald Pre-School Project
in the Mara District of the UMC in Tanzania, Africa. They are building a preschool that will accommodate 180 children ages 3 to 6 years.
Last week we received this message from Mara District Superintendent Bonaventura: "The good news is we got the good house for the class, which has a good toilets and bathrooms for the children and we already paid for starting time of 6 months. We purchased 15 chairs for the children, and we are still need of 35 chairs for the class. We will build 2 offices.
I tell you it looks very nice, we built 2 tables and 4 chairs for the office and then 2 shelves. On Monday I will go to paint those offices so that they can stay longer. So I can see how God is working through the Holy Spirit by using you and other people. "
Holiday Food Basket Ministry a Success!
Amy says: "Last Sunday we delivered 50
Christmas baskets to 50 happy families. Thank you so much to everyone who
supported this ministry by donating, delivering, doing the setup, and on and
on. We could not serve in this capacity without each and every one of you. "
